A reputable SME engineering firm in Burnley seeks a Finance Manager to take full ownership of accounts, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and manufacturing financial experience, driving process improvements within a supportive finance team. The Finance Manager will report directly to the Managing Director and take full ownership of the accounts, including P&L production, balance‑sheet reconciliations, analysis and commentary, budgets, forecasts, cash‑flow, VAT and year‑end processes. Working within a small, supportive finance team, you will also be significantly involved in the operational side of the business.
