Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking an Accounts Assistant for a growing company in Solihull. You will handle various financial tasks including processing invoices, payroll, and bank reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have experience in finance, proficiency in accounting systems like Odoo, and strong organisational skills. Responsibilities
- Process sales and purchase invoices using the Odoo Accounts system.
- Conduct weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Prepare VAT returns in line with HMRC requirements.
- Manage debt collection/credit control activities to maintain cashflow.
- Process the monthly payroll using Bright Pay.
