We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our busy Finance department at our Head Office in Liverpool City Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payments team support, dealing with enquiries from tenants via email and over the phone to process their payments.
  • Preparation of multiple bank reconciliations, particularly client accounts and reconciliation of client funds.
  • Reconciliation of monthly expenses, company credit cards and petty cash, posting of entries into the accounting system.
  • Answering queries by phone & email.
  • Assist the finance dept with any other duties as required.
Key Requirements
  • Experience working as an administrator within an office environment.
  • Excellent IT skills including a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills.
  • Good communication skills and able to work to own initiative.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Smartly presented with first class customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
