CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with a professional services organisation to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant to join their finance team on a permanent basis in the new year. This is a diverse and hands‑on role supporting the Financial Controller and Finance Director across management reporting, working capital analysis, and year‑end processes. The position would suit an AAT qualified or part‑qualified accountant who enjoys analysis, working to deadlines, and operating in a collaborative, values‑led environment. A salary of up to GBP35,000 is on offer, plus an excellent range of benefits.

• Producing weekly and monthly performance reporting, aged debtors, and overhead analysis;
• Supporting month‑end processes such as fixed asset maintenance, residual balance reporting, and expenses;
• Preparing working capital reports including cash flow forecasting and cash collection reporting;
• Assisting with year‑end audit preparation, budgeting processes and ad‑hoc finance projects.

• AAT qualified or ACCA/CIMA part‑qualified;
• Previous reporting and analytical experience, ideally within professional services;
• Strong Excel and IT skills with excellent attention to detail;
• Confident, professional communicator with the ability to work to deadlines and handle confidential information.
