Job Description:

The Worship Minister will lead and facilitate all aspects of worship services, creating an environment that encourages congregational engagement and spiritual growth. In addition to leading worship, the Worship Minister will take on other responsibilities based on the needs of the congregation and their own unique gifts and skills. Those responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, areas such as discipleship, congregational care, community outreach, or leadership development.
