We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our client's warehouse. This role is crucial for ensuring efficiency and safety across multiple departments.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, responsible for motivating a team, managing workflow, and driving continuous improvement to meet key performance indicators and service level agreements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of warehouse operatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage workflow by allocating tasks, setting schedules, and monitoring productivity to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols and maintain a secure working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, other departments, and management to deliver on site goals.
  • Identify and implement areas for operational improvement, contributing to the overall efficiency of the warehouse.
  • Provide training and guidance to new team members and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Address and resolve issues related to customer orders, logistics, and quality.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Report regularly on team performance, productivity, and operational issues.
