Responsibilities
  • As a Void Maintenance Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our void properties are safe, secure, and ready for new tenants.
  • Performing lock changes and installing key safes within tight KPIs.
  • Resolving utility meter queries and clearing debts to enable void works.
  • Conducting tenancy-ready checks and minor repairs.
  • Supporting surveyors and contractors with technical advice and inspections.
  • Ensuring properties meet safety and quality standards before handover.

Your work will help us deliver efficient housing services and improve the experience for new tenants moving into their homes.

What We're Looking For
  • Extensive experience in maintenance repairs and property readiness.
  • Strong knowledge of utility meters, including smart and prepayment types.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills, with attention to detail.
  • A collaborative attitude and ability to manage a varied workload.
