Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement efficient routes tailored to individual client and school needs.
  2. Assign drivers based on employee skills and performance, demonstrating good judgment.
  3. Receive, record, retrieve, and deliver messages accurately and professionally.
  4. Resolve operational issues while maintaining cordial relations with guardians, clients, staff, and all company employees.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies through dispatch and observation; develop driver skills via discussion and example.
  6. Promote good performance and address non-compliance with appropriate discipline or reassignments.
  7. Use communication tools such as telephones, radios, or texts to contact employees and resolve service issues.
  8. Build positive relationships with supervisees and understand their challenges.
  9. Facilitate communication within assigned territories.
  10. Maintain organized records of work requests, customer interactions, charges, expenses, and inventory.
  11. Develop and maintain professional rapport with customers, guardians, special needs clients, and contracted organizations.
  12. Maintain detailed records for accurate monthly billing.
  13. Perform additional duties, including driving, with appropriate CDL-SB/7D certification.
