Responsibilities

• Creating and implementing strategic plans across the testing function.
• Coordinating testing activities including estimation and planning.
• Mentoring and coaching the team for development.
• Managing stakeholder relationships throughout the testing cycle.
• Documenting test results, incidents, bugs and issues.
• Ensuring regression testing packs are kept up to date.
• Contributing to the delivery of all test artefacts.
• Collaborating with peers to develop improved strategies.
• Identifying and managing risks and issues.
• Supporting the transition of testing processes to vendors.
