Job Description

A Graduate Test Engineer / Graduate Engineer / Trainee Test Engineer / Graduate Electrical Engineer / Test Engineer is required for a manufacturer in Liverpool.

The Graduate Test Engineer / Graduate Engineer / Trainee Test Engineer / Graduate Electrical Engineer / Test Engineer will be responsible for assisting senior engineers planning execution data capture and analysis of test programmes for electrical products.

The successful candidate will hold a degree in Electrical Engineering Electronic Engineering or a closely related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up executing and documenting test procedures for electrical filters and capacitor products including functional environmental reliability and qualification tests.
• Work with senior engineers to plan test programmes define measurement points review test methods and identify failures or deviations.
• Use test equipment and logging tools to capture data.
• Analyse test data identify trends and nonconformances present findings to engineering team.
• Support calibration maintenance and verification of test equipment.

Requirements

• A degree in Electrical Engineering Electronic Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable preparing reports and communicating test results.
• Strong organisational skills attention to detail and disciplined approach to documentation and procedures.
• Live in or within a commutable distance to Liverpool
