Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development & project management for web and portal initiatives.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, data engineers, and content creators.
• Define project scope, goals, and success metrics aligned with strategic objectives.
• Oversee integration of AI features like chatbots, dashboards, and recommendation engines.
• Ensure platforms are accessible, secure, and GDPR-compliant.
• Champion agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
• Understand Key Performance Indicators for engagement, conversion, acquisition and technical performance.
• Drive insight-based decision making.

What You\'ll Bring

• Experience: Proven track record in technical project management (education, SaaS, or digital services preferred).
• Skilled in agile/scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
• Strong communicator and stakeholder manager.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of Microsoft web technologies.
• Deep understanding of CMS, APIs, cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools like MS Co-pilot Studio (desirable).
• Knowledge of data privacy and accessibility standards.
• Qualifications: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
