Are you an Administrator/Coordinator or similar from a Construction background looking to join a Global Construction company offering stability, strong benefits, and the chance to grow into Technical Sales or Commercial Leadership?

Turn project enquiries into pipeline opportunities. Join a growing commercial team where you’ll manage the CRM, prepare specification packs, and progress live projects — ensuring your team are armed with the information they need to secure specifications and orders.

Responsibilities
  • Own the CRM: log activities, update contacts, track project milestones, and flag hot prospects
  • Convert project enquiries into opportunities by preparing specification packs and updating the pipeline
  • Support architects and contractors with drawings, clauses and CPD bookings
  • Proactively call distributors, buyers, QSs, and architects to progress live projects and book follow-ups
  • Keep external Specification and Sales Managers armed with appointments, reports, and live pipeline data
About You
  • Recent background in sales support, coordination or administration with outbound calling
  • Some exposure to specifications, drawings or take-offs (even basic)
  • Confident communicator who builds rapport and nudges projects forward
  • Strong CRM and MS Office skills with high accuracy
