You will be responsible for commercial strategy, team management, and community engagement, aiming to provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of swimming programs and previous team management experience. This role also involves marketing and communication activities to promote the programme effectively.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of learning to swim programmes and Swim Wales framework.
• Previous experience managing a team is required.
• Welsh speaking is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial and operational aspects of the Learn to Swim programme.
• Implement marketing and communication strategies to promote the programme.
• Provide leadership and training for swim teachers.

Skills

Knowledge of learning to swim programmes

Team management experience

Excellent communication skills

Education

Fully qualified IOS Level 2 Swimming Teacher or equivalent

NRASTC or NPLQ and First Aid at Work certificate
