Overview

We are a large care company that maintains a warm family feel, with strong support networks including supervision, coaching, and mentoring for our staff. Newhaven is a registered care home with 6 beds, where residents receive support from a friendly, kind staff team. We are looking to hire committed and compassionate staff to join our friendly, professional team, whether you have experience or not. We offer an NVQ upon passing probation.

Responsibilities and Duties

Our staff support adults with mental ill-health conditions and learning disabilities in a care home environment. This includes assisting with daily living skills, personal care, community-based activities, and working with some behaviours that may present as challenging.

Qualifications and Requirements

If you are resident in the UK, you must be eligible to work without restriction and not require sponsorship. Applicant must hold a driving licence.

Employment Details

We expect weekend work as part of a shared responsibility to ensure clients always receive the support they need. Shift patterns are 12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week. We can offer part-time contracts with the potential for enhanced rates over time, although this is not mandatory.
