Are you ready to lead and inspire operational excellence across support services? WPS is seeking a dynamic and driven Support Services Operations Manager to join our Manchester-based team. This is a pivotal role supporting our Business Support Services function, ensuring the seamless delivery of facilities management and operational support across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of support services within FM, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Support Services to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee compliance, health & safety, and quality assurance across all support functions.
