Overview

Post: Supply Chain Manager. Contract Type: Permanent. Workplace: EFL House, Preston. Reporting to: Head of Business Operations and Internal Risk. Working Pattern: M-F, 35 hours.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a centralised policy around the EFL's procurement processes.


• Work alongside suppliers, ensure correct governance and best-practice.


• Train and liaise with departments on how they procure goods and services.


• Source suppliers, undertake tender processes, manage procurement processes, and ensure cost‑effective purchasing aligned with company objectives and cost budgets.


• Lead and develop all of the EFL’s procurement policies and processes, ensuring best value and timely supply across an array of areas within the business.
