Are you a keen structural technician with a minimum of 1 year of Autocad or Revit experience within a structural design practice? This opportunity is ideal for a social candidate with high aspirations and a passion for drawing work. The Director of this firm is highly qualified, MIStructE, MICE, and an ICE Examiner, practicing technical excellence.

The firm currently employs 10 staff and offers excellent office facilities very close to the station. The office is spacious and equipped with a pool table, table tennis, and a beer fridge. The company maintains a fun social environment, including an annual trip abroad.

You should have at least 1 year of experience working on building structures projects using Autocad or Revit within a structural design practice. More experienced candidates will also be considered. You must be a good team player.

The firm has a diverse portfolio, including larger and smaller projects such as architecturally led private houses, a £50m 21-storey tower development, a £50m development adding two storeys to a row of shops, and a bespoke private house with unique features like bowling alleys, underground disco, theatre, and dining room. Projects are often bespoke and challenging.

The office is located right by Buckhurst Hill station, within walking distance of a park and pubs. It is very dog-friendly, with two dogs currently part of the team.
