What You Will Do

Conduct complex assessments, including Community Care and Best Interest Assessments, creating creative and cost-effective solutions.

Lead Safeguarding investigations within multi-agency procedures, carrying out thorough risk assessments and identifying needs and options.

Build strong, person-centred relationships with service users, their families, and carers, empowering them to make informed choices.

Promote independence and early intervention while managing conflicts and contributing to enhanced service practices.

Participate in multi-agency meetings and represent the Authority professionally, ensuring accurate records and adherence to policy and procedures.

Supervise, support, and mentor both qualified and non-qualified staff, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative environment.
