Site Manager - Roofing & Cladding Projects

Location: Office in Redditch

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 DOE + package

Start Date: Immediate for the right candidate. Full-time, Perm Position

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations on roofing and cladding projects
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver works on schedule and within budget
• Ensure strict adherence to health & safety, risk assessments, and inspection test plans
• Liaise with clients and project management teams to maintain excellent communication throughout
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance across all phases of construction
