Freelance Setting Out Engineer - Tuddenham, Suffolk

Are you an experienced Setting Out Engineer looking for your next highways project? We're seeking a skilled and reliable freelance professional to join a project in the Tuddenham area. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key role on a significant highways scheme.

Responsibilities

• Setting out, levelling, and surveying the site using precision instruments to map out structural boundaries, including roads, drainage, and other infrastructure.
• Interpreting technical drawings and plans to accurately translate design information to the site.
• Checking ground and excavation levels to ensure all work is in line with specifications.
• Working closely with the site team to solve technical problems and ensure the project progresses on schedule.
• Maintaining a high level of quality control and adherence to health and safety protocols.
