Overview
Service Manager / Service Operations Manager / Engineering Manager is required to join a world-leading HVAC Solutions provider.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of service engineers and admin staff.
- Coordinate schedules, planned maintenance, and emergency call-outs.
- Ensure EHS protocols are met within the HVAC service space, either smoke ventilation, M&E Building Services or facilities management.
- Manage internal workflows, documentation and reporting systems.
- Conduct team meetings, performance reviews and training initiatives.
- Able to commute to the office in Cardiff.
Requirements
- Experience as a Service Manager, Service Operations Manager, Field Service Manager, Engineering Manager, Service Leader, Service Support Manager, Service Centre Manager, Operations Support Manager, Technical Service Manager or similar within smoke ventilation, M&E Building Services or facilities management sectors.
- Experience managing Field Service Engineers and/or managing operations within engineering.
- Experience in service management within engineering and a deep understanding of engineering principles and service operations to lead the service department.
- Familiarity with M&E Building Services, facilities management or smoke ventilation sectors.
- Able to commute to the office in Cardiff.
