A government environmental agency in the UK seeks a team member to coordinate talent and EDI efforts within the DDTS Talent, Wellbeing and Inclusion team. The role involves supporting employee engagement and delivering optimal outcomes in a collaborative environment focused on innovation and sustainability.

In this role you will join the DDTS Talent, Wellbeing and Inclusion team, which has a broad people-based remit for DDTS. They coordinate talent (including apprenticeships and internships), EDI, health and safety, wellbeing, employee engagement, people performance and reward in order to support DDTS to deliver the best outcomes. This role holds responsibility for coordinating our work on talent and EDI.
