Collaboration is central to their approach and underpins the success of their projects.

In this role, you will work closely with directors and associates on a variety of project scales – from large-scale masterplans and town centre regenerations to sustainable urban extensions and new settlements.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals seeking to broaden their expertise and contribute to high-profile, forward-thinking projects.

Key requirements:

  • A collaborative approach to design

  • Confidence in client-facing environments and public/stakeholder engagement

  • Ability to manage internal teams and coordinate consultant input across multiple projects

  • Experience in preparing both outline and detailed planning applications

  • Experience in producing design codes

  • Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite

Benefits include:

  • 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays

  • Flexible working arrangements

  • Provision of office and IT equipment

  • Mentoring and support programmes

  • Funded professional memberships
