Recruit4staff are representing a well-established manufacturing business in their search for a Senior Engineer to work in North Wales

Job Details:
  • Pay: Up to £59,000 per annum (including shift allowance)
  • Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (Flexibility required)
  • Duration: Permanent

Job Role: The Senior Engineer will be responsible for planning effective and efficient maintenance strategies for all process and utilities equipment on site. The Senior Engineer will lead continuous improvement strategies, ensure compliance with EHS and legislative requirements, respond to major breakdowns, and provide technical expertise and support to engineering teams across the plant. All duties are carried out in line with ISO 9001 quality management standards and agreed budgets.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience leading, mentoring, or supporting engineers or technicians
  • Recognised Electrical or Mechanical qualifications with a completed apprenticeship
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
  • Higher-level qualifications, such as a relevant degree, are highly beneficial
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using SAP or similar CMMS systems
