A recruitment firm in the UK is seeking a Senior Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, handle complex enquiries, and assist in training junior team members. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service, proficiency with banking software, and excellent communication skills. Senior Customer Service Executive required to join our client within their Local Banking division and take responsibility for delivering an exceptional customer service experience including handling complex enquiries, delivering tailored solutions and resolving issues as required. You will also act as a point of contact for more junior team members assisting in their training and developing their customer service skills.

Applicants must have previous relevant experience with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. You will be proficient with banking software, CRM tools and other relevant technology and demonstrate a keen interest in learning about the bank's products and services. You will be a confident communicator with excellent relationship building skills, happy to meet clients and attend client events as and when required.
