Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, multi-skilled, and adaptable practitioner to join our highly respected team of SEND Early Years Practitioners. Our work is driven by a strong commitment to inclusion and early support. In this role, you will:

Responsibilities
  • Deliver targeted modelling sessions to support children and settings
  • Provide high-quality advice and guidance on inclusive practice
  • Facilitate training sessions
  • Contribute to the wider SEND Early Years Service

As part of this well-established team, you will promote inclusive practice in early years settings and schools, working collaboratively with families and multi-agency professionals. In return, we offer a comprehensive induction and training programme, high-quality supervision, regular case discussions, and peer support to ensure you feel valued and supported in your role.

Qualifications and experience
  • Are passionate about championing change for children with SEND in the Early Years
  • Have extensive experience working directly with children with SEND and complex medical needs

  • Thrive when working collaboratively with educational settings to build a team around the child
  • Are confident in communicating directly with settings and families
  • The post is full time and will be based at St Mary's Eastbourne with requirement to travel across the County.
