We are looking for a dynamic, multi-skilled, and adaptable practitioner to join our highly respected team of SEND Early Years Practitioners. Our work is driven by a strong commitment to inclusion and early support. In this role, you will:

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted modelling sessions to support children and settings
• Provide high-quality advice and guidance on inclusive practice
• Facilitate training sessions
• Contribute to the wider SEND Early Years Service

As part of this well-established team, you will promote inclusive practice in early years settings and schools, working collaboratively with families and multi-agency professionals. Qualifications and experience
