Originally established in 1976, the Road Safety Markings Association (RSMA) is a specialist trade body that has played a pivotal role in the development of the road marking industry. Based in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, we have a membership that spans the UK and Europe.
We have earned strong reputation for training, standards, and safe systems of work. It is our aim to promote our industry as a key component of a safe and effective highways network.
We are looking for a gregarious, patient, and flexible individual who is willing to learn under our mentorship and achieve the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience, and where required qualifications, to deliver road safety marking related training and assessment to a high standard as expected by the RSMA and its UK wide membership.
This position is primarily office-based in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, with the option for hybrid working following successful completion of probation. It will also involve travelling throughout the UK at various times of the year to deliver training, assessments, and representing the RSMA.

We will provide training and mentorship to enable you to pass on your knowledge and skills, existing and new, helping to ensure a qualified and sustainable workforce for the road safety marking industry. You will be able to work in-line with awarding body requirements and schedules for completion, including on-site training and assessments.
