Our Openshaw campus is a vibrant, modern hub of learning, equipped with outstanding, industry-standard facilities designed to inspire both staff and students. Skills, Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 Grade A-C GCSEs or equivalent including English and Maths.
  • Working towards a relevant property related / compliance qualification (if not already held).
  • A sound technical knowledge of reports and ability to analyse large amounts of data making informed key decisions.
  • Practical experience in dealing with property related matters.
  • An understanding of Facilities Management compliance.
  • Proven track record of delivering against objectives and achieving targets, demonstration of continued quality improvement.
  • An understanding of Facilities related Health and Safety.
  • Ability to foster a culture of teamwork and one team approach.
  • Ability to learn new tasks and develop a deep knowledge of property matters.
  • Able to work unsupervised on particular tasks.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines.
  • A responsive, constructive and flexible attitude towards working arrangements within a team environment.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Proficient in using IT, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Effective communicator.
  • Report writing.
  • An eye for detail and accuracy.
