A well-respected law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions. The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer with excellent communication skills and a commitment to client service. This role offers a supportive team environment and flexible working arrangements, including 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

The role will see you play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to clients by managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring their best interests are represented throughout the process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a mixed caseload of residential property transactions
  • Advise clients on all legal aspects of conveyancing matters
  • Handle sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership cases
  • Assist clients with Right to Buy and new build transactions
  • Ensure clients' best interests are represented throughout the process
  • Continue to develop relationship with an already established panel of agents and lenders

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor (NQ+ upwards), Legal Executive and/or Licenced Conveyancer
  • Used to managing your own residential property caseload
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and achieving successful outcomes
