Job summary

A leading mental health organization in Manchester is seeking a Research Assistant to support the development of a digital intervention for women in prison. Qualifications

  • Knowledge/experience of statistical/analytical research outcomes.
  • Experience of digital mental health research.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with writing funding applications for research.
  • Liaise with study collaborators and recruit eligible participants.
  • Write high-profile reports and publications.
  • Present research findings at meetings and conferences.

Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to form effective working relationships
Computer Literacy - advanced skills in database and word processing
Ability to prepare and present research reports
Excellent organisational skills

Experience extracting and coding data

Education

Good Honours Degree in Psychology (2:1 or above)
Master's Degree or equivalent experience
