Job summary

A leading project management firm is seeking an Installation Project Manager to oversee hospitality and retail operations projects. You will be responsible for building customer briefs, managing project deliveries, and ensuring all designs meet technical and safety requirements. The ideal candidate has strong project management experience, exceptional customer relationship skills, and a driving license for UK travel. A competitive salary of £45-55,000 plus bonus and benefits are offered with this home-based role requiring occasional travel across the UK.

Qualifications

  • Proven record of project delivery.
  • Ability to deal with customers and stakeholders at all levels of business.
  • Driving Licence with ability to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Attend customer meetings and build detailed briefs of customer requirements.
  • Project manage allocated projects from conversion to delivery.
  • Ensure all financial aspects are agreed with the customer throughout the project.
  • Carry out review meetings to ensure snags/additions are completed.
  • Construct operational designs that meet customer requirements.
  • Work with the sales team on designs and higher margin product lines.

Skills

In-depth knowledge of hospitality or retail commercial fitouts
Commercial kitchen implementation
Project management experience
Exceptional customer relationship qualities
Proactive approach to resolving issues
Excellent presentation skills
IT literate, preferably with experience of CAD
