Qualifications

St Andrew’s is located in Ewerby, 5 miles east of Sleaford. The home is set around a historic vicarage, extended to provide modern living while maintaining homeliness. The home provides personal care, including nursing and dementia care, for 42 residents.

Day to Day Responsibilities

To achieve Jasmine’s Mission and Aims in the home you manage by:

  1. Develop, motivate, and improve the wellbeing of your team
  2. Ensure residents receive the highest standards of care and that the home is fully compliant
  3. Ensure the home is full

Also ensure the home’s profitability to reinvest in improving the home and Jasmine’s portfolio.

Essential Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a Registered Home Manager of a residential / nursing home
  • NVQ 3 in Care or equivalent and willing to study for NVQ 5 and/or NVQ 7 (or a registered nurse)
  • Full Driving Licence
  • Computer literacy (email, Excel, Word)
  • Must live within 30 minutes drive
Preferred Requirements
  • Three years’ experience as a Manager of a residential / nursing home
  • NVQ 5 and/or NVQ 7
