Salary will depend on experience from £45,000 - £65,000

Are you concerned about KPIs, monetary targets and Business Development? You don't have any targets set that include any of this. You are expected to do what you do best, ensure Building Compliance and regulations are adhered to.

Job Description

Your role is to check plans and ensure building regulation compliance throughout the constructuion cycle through to compeletion. You will complete a series of site inspections.

Your site inspections will be around the Northampton area

You will not need to go to the office but there is an office nearby that you can visit so you can feel included in a team and have training when you want it.

You will never travel more than an hour from home

You will complete 1 plan check and 3 or 4 site inspections per day. Or you can choose to do all your visits in a couple of days if you prefer - you will manage your own diary to accomodate this.

Flexible and part time working is available.
