We are seeking a dynamic, friendly, and highly organised individual to join our team as a School Receptionist and Registrar's Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with a variety of people, has a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about supporting both current and prospective students and their families.

As the School Receptionist and Registrar's Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, you will manage and oversee the pupil registration and admissions process, maintaining accurate records. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and families, and will contribute to the smooth running of the school’s administrative operations.

Details
  • Type: Permanent, part-time, term-time basis (38 weeks per annum).
  • Schedule: 7.30am – 4.00pm on Mondays (full day) and 3–4 half days during the week.
