A top 100 UK law firm with a highly regarded Real Estate practice is seeking an NQ solicitor to join its dynamic and growing team in London. Ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers, the team advises on some of the most high-profile and complex property matters in the market.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious junior lawyer to join a thriving real estate practice that offers exposure to a broad range of commercial property work, strong client contact, and excellent career progression. Recent mandates have included advising a global consulting firm on a multi-million-pound HQ lease, acting for a major life sciences company on laboratory facilities, and supporting developers and investors on high-value sales and acquisitions.

The Role

• Sales and acquisitions of commercial property and mixed-use developments.
• Real estate investment transactions for institutional, private, and international investors.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases for both landlords and tenants.
• Advising on property portfolio management, asset management, and development projects.
• Collaborating with colleagues in other practice areas on cross-departmental matters.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (newly qualified in 2025 or due to qualify).
• Training or post-qualification experience in real estate law from a well-regarded firm.
• A solid grounding in core real estate areas such as landlord and tenant, acquisitions/disposals, and asset management.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Commercially minded, with the confidence to build strong client relationships and a genuine interest in developing expertise in real estate law.
