A leading engineering firm in the UK is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to enhance quality systems and support continuous improvement across various projects. The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification and experience in quality assurance within complex environments. We offer flexible working based out of Leatherhead, South Mimms or Dartford with travel to projects or other offices as required. Requirement for site visits including night shift H&S audits as required. This role is available part time job share or full time. This is because we want the best people for our roles and we recognise that sometimes those people aren't available full time.
The Quality Assurance Specialist drives the development and implementation of quality systems and process improvements to ensure compliance with standards and reduce inefficiencies. The role fosters a culture of continuous improvement by playing a leading role conducting cross‑functional audits identifying areas of risk and best practice and supporting team development in quality practices.
