Project Manager – Residential / Care Homes

Location: Maidstone, Kent

Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 + Package

About the Role

ESD Recruitment are working exclusively with a well-established construction company who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver residential new build and care home projects across Kent and the South East.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the successful delivery of new build residential and/or care home schemes from pre-construction through to handover.
  • Lead site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure programme, cost, quality, and safety targets are achieved.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, attending progress meetings and providing regular updates.
  • Drive compliance with health & safety and NHBC standards throughout the build.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting to senior management.
  • Identify risks early and implement solutions to maintain project momentum.
Requirements
  • Proven track record as a Project Manager within the construction sector.
  • Experience in residential new build and/or care home projects is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and compliance processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders, drive teams, and deliver projects to deadline.
  • Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid).
