Sofina Foods is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our scampi production team at Young’s Seafood. As a Production Operative, you’ll be at the heart of our manufacturing operations — helping us deliver high-quality scampi to households across the UK. Shift Details: Dayshift (5:30 am - 1:45 pm, with an early finish on Fridays)

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Your Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery to maintain consistent and efficient scampi production
• Follow standardised recipes and schedules to achieve daily output goals
• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to uphold food safety standards
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and well-organised in collaboration with your team
• Assist with basic troubleshooting of machinery to minimise production downtime
• Follow all health and safety protocols and food hygiene guidelines

The Ideal Candidate
