Salary: up to £30,000 DOE

About the Role

As a Production Operative, you will be involved in a variety of manufacturing tasks, including assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs), programming devices, and supporting wave‑solder operations.

Main Duties

• Identifying and placing electronic components onto PCBs
• Removing PCBs from panels and preparing them for coating
• Applying masking and protective caps for the wave‑solder process
• Inserting components into a manual programming jig
• Adding serial number labels to devices
• Checking component placement, position, and orientation
• Completing process control paperwork accurately

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in electronics assembly or production
• Candidates with Wave‑Solder experience
• Experience running CMS400 machinery is highly desirable
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
