What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead day‑to‑day operations across battery intake, diagnostics, repair, remanufacture, and shipping.

  • Mentor and grow a team of 3–15 battery technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with H&S, engineering, and customer teams to drive performance and innovation.
  • Track KPIs, report on productivity, and communicate progress with stakeholders.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience with high‑voltage EV batteries in the automotive sector.
  • SAP‑level qualification for electrical systems.
  • Strong knowledge of lithium‑ion battery systems and EV architecture.
