Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Manage procurement lifecycle for new and renewed concession agreements.
  • Support the development of sourcing strategies to attract strong commercial partners.
  • Prepare and evaluate tenders for retail, F&B, parking and surface transportation.
  • Assist in drafting agreements including fixed rent, revenue share and service KPIs.
  • Work closely with the commercial, finance and property teams on planning and delivery.
  • Track commercial performance, contract terms and market benchmarks.
  • Maintain and update concession contract registers and renewal schedules.
  • Monitor service quality and passenger feedback across concession areas.
  • Provide spend and revenue analysis to support commercial planning.
  • Support market engagement and analysis of customer and retail trends.
The Successful Applicant
  • Experience in commercial, property or concession procurement.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of revenue‑generating agreements.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills, with a customer and service focus.
  • Able to engage with internal teams and external concession partners effectively.
  • MCIPS or working towards it is preferred.
