Office-based (Redhill area) with occasional UK, Ireland & EU travel (c.25%)
An established engineering company specialising in sterile process and process utility solutions for leading pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturers is looking to add a Process Engineer to its growing project services team.
This is a technically focused, office‑based role offering genuine involvement across the full process lifecycle – from early design concept through to project delivery – within a supportive, quality‑driven engineering environment.
You’ll join a close‑knit and highly experienced team who value integrity, collaboration and technical excellence. While the role is predominantly office based, there will be occasional site visits, typically no more than 25% travel on average. Flexible working is supported, with the opportunity for occasional home working once established.
As a small‑to‑medium sized business, the company offers a stable yet dynamic environment, where engineers are visible, valued and able to progress their careers long term.
As a Process Engineer, you’ll provide process engineering support across capital and technical projects within pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. You’ll be involved from concept design through to delivery, supporting internal teams, suppliers and customers with process design, analysis, documentation and risk assessments.
This role would suit a Process Engineer with at least 3 years experience, keen to work within a non‑corporate yet established company offering security and a long‑term career. We are looking for someone who enjoys design‑led engineering, technical problem‑solving and working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams in a highly regulated environment.
