A leading fusion energy company in the UK is seeking a production leader to drive improvements in their manufacturing structures. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and prototyping power-electronics solutions while ensuring efficient operational processes. Ideal candidates will have experience in power-electronics design, strong testing skills, and the ability to work independently. This position offers a blend of onsite and home working options, alongside comprehensive benefits including a performance-related bonus and share options.
Please note this role does offer hybrid working, our model sets out a minimum 60% onsite / 40% home working split.
TE Magnetics is a new business division within Tokamak Energy. We want to usher in the HTS era. This is a production leadership role within the MBU focused on developing and improving our production structures to manage day-to-day activities across the manufacturing section of the MBU. We recognise we are in our infancy, but we are ambitious have big plans to grow fast and make a global impact. We need a production leader to help us shape our processes to ensure we operate efficiently and effectively where each contributing member is maximising the use of their key skills.
