Are you experienced in working within higher education or other large, complex organisations and managing PGR student programmes? Do you have skills in financial management, planning, and excellent organisational abilities, with a proven record of meeting deadlines and working effectively under pressure? If so, this is a unique opportunity to join the SBBS within the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Queen Mary University of London and we encourage you to apply.

Ranked joint 7th in the UK in the 2021 Research Excellence Framework, Queen Mary is delivering world class research, education and knowledge transfer. The Faculty of Science and Engineering is capitalising on this exceptional performance with significant investments to further enhance and grow our strategic research and innovation activities. As such we're looking for a dynamic addition to SBBS to support and contribute to its vibrant research community. We are proud to hold a silver award under the Athena SWAN charter.

Benefits

We offer competitive salaries, access to a generous pension scheme, 30 days' leave per annum, a season ticket loan scheme and access to a comprehensive range of personal and professional development opportunities. In addition, we offer a range of work life balance and family friendly, inclusive employment policies, campus facilities and flexible working arrangements.

The post is based at the Mile End Campus in London. It is a full‑time (35 hours per week), permanent appointment.
