Overview

Job Title: Band 6 Pharmacy Technician - Medicines Management
Location: Liverpool
Contract: Full-time, 3-6 Month (with possible extension)

Responsibilities

• The role involves developing, implementing and auditing patient group directions (PGDs).
• Apply critical thinking to ensure PGDs meet requirements and work in partnership with other professions to ensure practice aligns with PGDs and underpinning policies/procedures/guidelines.
• Proficient use of IT, with demonstrable problem-solving skills and the ability to manage time, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines to the required standard.

Essential Criteria

• Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Experience in Medicines Management within a hospital setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
