People Operations Lead | Permanent | Circa £50k | Mostly remote | IT Consulting Sector

Altum are currently supporting a small, fast-growing IT consulting firm to make their first HR hire who will be pivotal in the organisation's continued growth.

A standalone position, this role will be well-suited to an experienced, operational HR expert who values autonomy and enjoys working in fast and agile environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading on the full end-to-end of the employee life-cycle
  • Support people managers with Performance Management, developing suitable frameworks
  • Ensure people data integrity across various systems including BrightHR
  • Own and manage all supplier relationships

This role really offers the opportunity to build the HR function from scratch, and positively enhance the employee experience for an organisation going from strength to strength.
