Qualifications

Overview

Hedin Automotive – Mercedes-Benz. Join our team to become a Parts Advisor. This role is based at our Mercedes-Benz dealership in Brooklands, KT13 0SL, where we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding parts advice, expert support, and exceptional customer service.

While previous experience as a Parts Advisor would be an advantage, it’s not essential. If you can demonstrate the right skills and behaviours as listed above, we will provide full training to help you succeed in the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting customers with parts enquiries and providing knowledgeable advice
  • Managing parts inventory, including ordering and stocking parts
  • Working closely with the service and sales departments to ensure parts availability for vehicle servicing and repairs
  • Processing orders and completing transactions accurately
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Mercedes-Benz parts and related technology
Working Hours

This role offers a 45 hour week on a 2 week rotating schedule:

  • Week 1: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Week 2: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

In addition, we ask for availability of 1 in every 3 Saturdays to support team operations.
