A highly regarded investment management firm is looking for a highly experienced paralegal to join their London office on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for corporate governance, including preparing board minutes, drafting minutes, and general company secretarial work
• Draft, negotiate and review commercial contracts
• Assist with KYC/onboarding
• Carry out a range of general paralegal duties
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and support a broad range of legal and business matters
