A leading healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist to manage care for children and young people with diabetes. This role offers the opportunity to support patients across home, school, and hospital environments, primarily in East Surrey and West Sussex. Candidates must have RSCN or RN qualifications and a current PIN on the NMC register. A competitive salary of £25,272 to £30,432 is offered, along with additional allowances.
As a an experienced nurse, trained in the care of children and young people with Diabetes, there is an exciting opportunity to work, within the dedicated and Dynamic multi professional team here at SASH.
You will be offering support that bridges the home, school and hospital settings coveringinpatients, clinics and home / school visits for children and young people mainly living in East Surrey and West Sussex.
You should be RSCN/RN , have current live PIN on NMC register.
