Overview

Efficiently run packing machines in the factory to meet the production plan. The packing operator will also play a pivotal role in identifying and delivering continuous improvement projects within the packing hall.

Castle Cary

Competitive salary plus shift allowance. Performance related company bonus. Shifts Mon-Fri: 8 hours, 5 days: 6am-2pm; 5 days: 10pm-6am (nights - shifts start Sunday); 5 days: 2pm-10pm and the rotation starts again. Permanent position.
